All designs, artwork, information and website content are protected by copyright laws. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Ingrained. It is an offence to steal or copy any of the designs created by Ingrained, in whole or part under any circumstances.
Ingrained holds ownership for all designs, whether existing or custom. Violations of copyright on any of our content or designs will be pursued. We reserve the right to use any new custom design pieces for future designs and may add them to our website for future customer purchases.
Ingrained reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by us for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, Ingrained reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

Please choose products carefully. Due to the personalisation of our products, we cannot refund payment once production has commenced. We do not refund or exchange for a change of mind.
We will replace any goods deemed to be faulty.

Some products have a minimum order, this is stated in the product description. Please contact us if you require less than the specified minimum.


Your order turnaround depends on the product and personalisation. Each turnaround time is stated in the product description. 
Urgent orders may incur extra charges. We will notify you if this is the case.


Ingrained cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the utmost care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. 
You will be supplied with a tracking number when your package is dispatched. 
Please contact us if your parcel doesn’t arrive within a week.


We respect our customer’s privacy. We promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third parties. Your information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of offers that may interest you.
Credit card transactions will be processed securely and no card details will be stored.


By ordering from www.in-grained.com.au and paying for your order, it is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the above terms and conditions, please do not proceed with your order.

Ingrained is not liable for any damage caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order.


Please be aware that the colours shown on your screen may vary. This is because all monitors are calibrated differently and cannot be compared to each other.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice, however, these changes will be minimal.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days only and are subject to change without notice.

You can submit your wording when you place your order online. Otherwise, you can supply it at a later date electronically via email. Please ensure that you have no spelling mistakes as these will be copied across.

Ingrained may use photos of your products in its own promotional material as samples of our services and products. This may include, but not limited to facebook, instagram, other social media platforms as well as advertising materials and our website. If you do not wish to have photos of your products posted, please advise accordingly when you place your order to hello@in-grained.com.au

A PDF proof will be emailed to you for final approval before production on some products (this is stated in the product description on each page). Please check the PDF carefully for any mistakes. Ingrained will not be held accountable for any mistakes to the products after the proof has been approved. Any amendments made after approval and production will incur an extra charge. Please notify Ingrained immediately if you notice any errors on your order once you have received it. If errors do occur after approval that differs from your approved artwork, your order will be corrected at no charge. Client error after the proof has been approved can be redone at the client’s expense.
